Facebook donation button

From now on we have integrated a donation button on our Facebook page. With this button it is very easy to start a donation call for a specific action to collect donations in a simple and bundled way over a certain period of time. Facebook will then transfer the achieved amount to us as an association without further costs.

Teamtrip 2020

The SARS-CoV-2 pandemic continues to keep us in suspense. In Uganda, inbound travellers from Western Europe are still subject to a two-week quarantine. Moreover, the situation in the country itself is difficult to assess.  For these reasons we have decided with a heavy heart to suspend this year’s team trip for security reasons.

Baby Home under construction

Currently the roof of the baby home is being renewed. A large part of the financing could be provided by supporters of Peace’s Hope. For this we would like to thank you! During the construction work the babies moved into the guesthouse in Jinja, where our teams always stay overnight.

Entry into Uganda more difficult – Teamtrip 2020

Due to the current SARS-CoV-2 pandemic, Uganda has decided until further notice to place Western European travellers under a two-week quarantine. In many cases, visas are already no longer issued. Of course, this also has consequences for the planning of our team trip to Uganda this year. For the time being, we unfortunately have to put the planning on hold. As soon as the situation changes, we will of course inform you immediately!

Organisation of the team trips

We are very happy that Nadja will take over the planning and organisation of the team trips to Uganda from today. Nadja travelled to Uganda for the first time in 2018 and immediately fell in love with the local children. With her organizational talent she will now support Peace’s Hope in planning the team trips.
